RETURNS POLICY

 

At Earth & Essentials we aim to provide you with unique quality items that are one of a kind. If you are not satisfied with the items you receive because they are damaged, you will be offered a refund.

Please Allow 2-5 business days for order processing (time to prepare order for shipping)


7-14 days business days for delivery by Standard Shipping(from the warehouse to your destination)

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time not including weekends. 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return the item for a refund, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send item with original wrappings. Just send the original package with original label back to our return center and send to the address on the package. 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@wholeroll.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@wholeroll.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on the return label in your package

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 


Please also note:

  • Products which are not in the same conditions as they were delivered or which have been used beyond the mere opening shall not be returned or refunded.
  • A return tracking number will be required for a safe delivery and standard shipping will be recommended.
  • Buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Please note that if returned parcel causes any import tax fee, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost or decline the return.
  • Refund will be made using the same method you used to make payment. And either return or exchange will only be arranged when we confirm the products delivered back successfully.
  • We do not accept return without reason or communication.


Return Procedure:

  • Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and submit return request for further help. You must pay for shipping on a return item.
  • Step 2: If you want to exchange, just inform us of new item' SKU and size/color . If you want to return for Refund, Our Financial Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
  • Step 3: Pack it up. Place your items (in unworn condition) and add your printed order number information inside the parcel . (Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out).
  • Step 4: Send it off. Affix your shipping label received from the shipping service to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Take down the return tracking number and send it to our service team.

Please allow 10 to 25 business days for package in transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return parcel arrived at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.


Order cancellation

Orders cancelled within 24 hours from the time of the payment made will be refunded in full amount. We cannot accept order cancellation request once the order has been shipped. There is no need to request to cancel the order if you just want to change colors or sizes in the order.
